Child Support Quarterly Updates

Quarterly Distribution July 2022

3RD QUARTER CHILDREN SUPPORT DISTRIBUTION. JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2022.

A team of three led by Lawrence went to distribute Children’s Support at KpevenuTsati and Klokope yesterday. They met 13 children at KpevenuTsati. Each child was given two 5 kg bags of rice and the sum of GHC215. Funds and rice for Children who were not around was left the care of Mama Afafa and Midawo the village linguist to be collected by their caregivers when they return.

Teachers have been on industrial action (strike) for more than a week now and so most of the children went to farm with their caregivers and for that matter were unavailable. The team could not get Klokope because of rain making the road unmotorable. The team called Gershon who came to meet them at Wute which is 4 km away where he was handed what was due the children of Klokope for onward distribution back in the village

As usual two 25 kg bags were shared among the remaining households to avoid envy and jealousy in village.
